Delivery is currently Free within Australia. We use Startrack Couriers. Under normal circumstances goods are dispatched within 48 business hours after order is processed, but usually the following day. You will be emailed a courier tracking number and link to the courier website to check the delivery date. It’s important that someone is home to sign for delivery

3 Day Free Trial (valid only on products where stipulated with the green icon)
We operate a 3 Day Trial on certain products which commences the day you take receipt of goods. Refer conditions below.
1. Order the product in question and have it delivered direct to your home by courier free of charge
2. Read the user manual to understand how it operates and folds
3. You may only test ride a mobility scooter or electric folding wheelchair inside your home during the 3 day free trial.
4. If you decide within the three days that the product is not suitable, you may return it to us in original packaging box
5. We will waive the 20% restocking and admin fee
6. Contact us to obtain return instructions
7. You will only be responsible for paying return courier charges
8. You will receive a full refund within five business days from receipt of returned goods. Subject to product passing inspection confirming it is in a new and re-saleable condition

It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Therefore if you need to make a return within 30 days we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking and admin fee. All goods that were originally purchased must be returned in original packing and in new, unused and re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return delivery. Please notify us of your intention to send goods back so we can give you delivery details. A refund will be arranged within five business days of return receipt and inspection of goods

Warranty - includes parts and labour by an approved technician. Repair or replace at our discretion
The following warranty is granted to the initial purchaser of our product only. Warranty commences from purchase date. Consumer must have original purchase receipt and provide product serial number when requested.

Transaxle, motor, controller, joy stick, wire harness, all electronic parts, locking mechanisms, battery charger, battery: 1yr
Warranty excludes any consumable items like tyres and brake pads. Warranty does not cover issues arising from negligence, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper use. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will void the warranty. Please note that lithium batteries are not covered under warranty for faults due to battery over discharge
